Main Purpose:
Lead
commercial operations, contract management,and
profitability across bids, proposals, and project delivery.Drive
pricing strategy, negotiations,and
risk managementwhile ensuring compliance. Collaborate with Sales/BD, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to improve
win rates, cash flow,and
gross margin. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional commercial strategy to maximize financial performance.
- Lead bid and tender management (RFQs/RFPs), review T&Cs, and mitigate commercial risk.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for favorable terms.
- Oversee post-award commercial performance, including cost control, KPI reviews, and contract amendments.
- Ensure compliance with commercial governance, processes, and legislation.- 10+ years in commercial operations, contract negotiation, or project management.
- Expertise in estimating, proposal development, and business planning.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, pricing, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification (PMP preferred).
- Improved gross margin and cash flow; reduced DSO.
- Higher bid win rate and enhanced quality of proposals.
- Reduced commercial risk through disciplined contracting and governance.
- Strong stakeholder alignment and on time month end reporting.
