We are seeking a strategic, creative, and collaborative leader to join our Brand Services team and help shape Danos Group brands through communications that build trust, strengthen connections, and drive growth.
This position supports the day-to-day execution of the enterprise-wide brand strategy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and credibility across all touchpoints, with a defined path to the Brand Services Manager role.
- Support enterprise-wide campaigns, messaging, and storytelling that strengthen brand voice, build trust and demonstrate value
- Help position the brand to attract, inspire and retain top talent and valued customers
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring that all communications strengthen Danos Group’s reputation, purpose, and long-term brand equity.
- Partner with Seeds of Giving and business unit leaders to communicate key initiatives with clarity and purpose
- Plan and deliver communications that align teams, reinforce our culture, and inspire employees, customers and communities
- Lead the development of compelling and purpose-aligned storytelling
- Ensure all communications are consistent with Danos’ brand voice and visual identity standards
- Lead brand communications initiatives across departments and business units, serving as a connector to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared priorities
- Partner closely with the Brand Services Manager to deliver high-quality, timely brand support and ensure consistent application of strategy across entities
- May provide guidance or supervision to creative contributors and mentor team members
- Balance immediate business needs with the long-term positioning of the Danos brand
- Measure outcomes against both qualitative and quantitative KPIs to evaluate brand health and communication

- Recommend improvements to content, channels, and creative approach to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-channel communications
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action
- Ability to collaborate across functions and levels within a complex organization
- Comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and improve performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional IQ
- Passion for purpose-driven work and strong alignment with Danos’ values
- Experience with executive communications
