```Job Overview```

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this position, the employee will deliver steel to customers, load our in-house customers, unload incoming steel ordered for inventory, and receive cut lists for jobs and provide material cut to specific lengths.

```Responsibilities```

- Safely and efficiently operate a 1 ton or 5 ton truck to deliver steel to customers

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.

- Receives, pulls, and loads customer order onto truck using mechanical hoist or forklifts

- Cuts steel to appropriate lengths according to customer requirements when necessary using torch or saw.

- Uses forklift to unload steel that will be inventoried or used on current job.

- Verifies steel received on delivery ticket from vendor matches PO issued to vendor.

- Receives and reviews cut lists for jobs and cuts to length material required.

- Performs related duties as assigned by supervision

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and vehicle maintenance

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Valid Class B (CDL) with air brake endorsements

- Proven experience as a Truck Driver or in a similar role

- Ability to operate a mechanical hoist, pallet jack or forklift is desired

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
