Overview

JGM is hiring Journeyman Welders for structural steel work in Russellville, KY. Need guys who can weld + work steel — not just hood time.

Welding Scope

- Stick (SMAW) 3G/4G - Structural + misc steel

What You’ll Do

- Weld structural steel + handrail

- Assist with erection, bolt-up, rigging

- Read prints and follow weld procedures

- Work at heights as needed

Requirements

- Proven structural welding experience (3+ yrs)

- Ironworker background (not shop-only welders)

- Able to pass weld test if required

- 50–60+ hours/week

Pay & Perks

- $30–$34/hr DOE - Mileage to the project site + project to project

- $120/day per diem (work 6, paid 7)

- Overtime + steady hours
