Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive workspace.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

- Install and maintain production equipment per engineering specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Use mechanical lifts, ladders, and standard shop tools

- Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records

- Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment issues

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades or repairs

- Participate in safety initiatives in alignment with plant policies

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize equipment reliability

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or military equivalent

- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

- Familiarity with robotic and automated equipment, including CNC and laser cutting systems

- Ability to read and understand technical prints and manuals

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling

- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety procedures

- Experience with Trumpf equipment and Mazatrol controls is a plus

- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
