Compensation: $50,000-$100,000+ annually (Base + Performance Bonuses + Incentives)
What You'll Do:
•Perform residential electrical service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and installations
•Deliver exceptional customer experiences-every time
•Educate customers on products, services, safety, and energy-saving solutions
•Provide options and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
•Maintain detailed service records and complete job documentation using ServiceTitan
•Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and ready to roll
•Support safety standards and company values on every job
What You Bring to the Team:
•Minimum 1 year of residential electrical experience
•High school diploma or GED
•OSHA 10 certification and working knowledge of electrical code
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
•A customer-first attitude and solid communication skills
•A team mindset and a strong work ethic
