As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the face of Anthony PHCE in well-known home improvement retail store locations, building relationships with store personnel and customers to generate leads for Heating & Cooling Sales, Generators, EV Chargers and more! You’ll create excitement about our home comfort solutions and set the stage for our Comfort Advisors and Sales professionals to provide top notch service to homeowners.
- Build strong relationships with store personnel to drive engagement and sales success.
- Proactively approach and engage customers, sparking conversations about our services. Educate both customers and store associates on Anthony PHCE’s home comfort solutions and membership benefits.
- Generate and schedule qualified sales leads through our software platforms (Service Titan & retail store systems).
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Lead Team, and Comfort Advisors.
- Maintain a professional and eye-catching in-store display to maximize visibility.- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; 2+ years of sales or customer engagement experience preferred.
- People Skills: Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Communication: Confident in engaging with customers and explaining our services.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data entry, scheduling software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Drive & Energy: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take the initiative.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a retail setting and engaging with a variety of people.
