The duties of this classification are set forth in the job summary for Support Team Member, Maintenance Services, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance. Employees in this classification will be assigned to perform work and participate in training resulting in qualification for promotion to Senior Support Team Member, Maintenance Services, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance at the end of four years.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Support Team Member, Maintenance Services, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance works in a power plant/industrial environment that includes exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and humidity. The job requires climbing ladders, entering vessels, and working in hard to reach and high places. The Support Team Member, Maintenance Services, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance is required to travel to any assigned Cinergy location and to be on call for emergencies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must meet the Company’s General Qualifications as set forth in the Foreword to the Job Manual.
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent.
- Three years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, or the equivalent in job training.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to operate Company vehicles.
