Job Description: Canadian Solar Inc. is one of the world’s largest solar module producers. The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of production staff on their assigned shift. This includes responsibilities in safety, quality, scheduling, training, production reporting, team communication, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor ensures that operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Support Production Manager on initiatives and projects with production team.
