We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager / ERP Systems Administrator to lead our technology operations, modernize our digital infrastructure, and help drive our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

ERP System Leadership

- Serve as the company’s ERP system expert and administrator.

- Lead implementations, upgrades, and training initiatives.

- Optimize workflows and ensure ERP alignment with business goals.

- Mie Trak Pro a Plus

IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage networks, servers, and user systems across all departments.

- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and backup procedures.

- Maintain uptime, reliability, and system performance.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

- Work with external IT service providers for cloud and server management.

- Negotiate contracts and monitor service-level agreements.

Hardware & Software Oversight

- Support all company devices, printers, and network equipment.

- Evaluate and deploy new technology solutions as needed.

Strategic Technology Projects

- Lead automation, AI, and data-driven improvement initiatives.

- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Process Optimization & Documentation

- Develop and maintain IT SOPs and system documentation.

- Train staff and promote best practices for system use.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of IT management or systems administration experience, ideally in manufacturing.

- Strong ERP system expertise (implementation and user training).

- Solid networking, cybersecurity, and hardware knowledge.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with automation or AI-driven improvements is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
