Cast Metals Technology is a metal casting foundry specializes in Aluminum Castings and is currently hiring for a skilled 1st Shift Position Machine Operator at our Winchester, Indiana Foundry.

**Requirements:**

* **Reliable, Motivated and self-disciplined**
* Good work history and wants to learn and grow within our organization
* Able to lift up to 10-60 pounds
* Be safety conscious.
* On the job Skilled Training will occur
* Make simple machine adjustments
* Read and interpret operating procedures
* Perform machine start-up
* Perform quality assurance checks (in process)
* Assist in minor machine maintenance
* Report to his or her supervisor, any hazard of which he or she is aware.
* Must adhere to all safety policies
* Ensures work area is clean by using good housekeeping practices
