Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee our organization's health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of safety within the workplace. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, and promoting environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities
•Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
•Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
•Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective/preventive action follow-ups.
•Manage training programs for all employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
•Maintain and submit required environmental permits and reports (e.g., air emissions, stormwater, hazardous waste)
•Maintain accurate records of injuries, illness, and incidents (OSHA 300 logs, etc.)
Experience
•Microsoft office, word, excel, access, and outlook required.
•Office Equipment (Scanner, printers, and computers)
•Manufacturing EHS Experience a must,
•Foundry experience helpful but not required
