Responsibilities:

- Design, program, and oversee installation of machines and/or processes.

- Conceptualize cost savings, productivity, or other improvement ideas.

- Plan project details and communicate with other departments to determine feasibility.

- Build, program, or purchase necessary components.

- Manage project timelines and budgets.

- Some travel maybe required for projects at Enkei’s Jacksonville, FL facility.

Skills and Experience:

- A degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or robotics engineering

- Fundamental understanding of computer operations and software (Microsoft Office package).

- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skillset.

- Demonstrated professional written & oral communication skills.

- PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi Preferred)

- 2D, 3D CAD (AutoCad, Inventor)

- Robot Programming (FANUC Preferred)

- Vision System Programming (Cognex, Keyence)
