ADB is seeking a Wireless Civil Foreman to join our Wireless team to lead onsite wireless operations, overseeing repairs, replacements, installations, and troubleshooting of customer equipment. This role will serve as an informal leader onsite, offering leadership, training and mentorship to those junior team members. Roles And Responsibilities
- Knowledge of PDB and backup systems.
- Capable of performing Maintenance on PDBs and backup systems.
- Capable of replacing PDB and backup systems.
- Installation of Voltage boosting systems for Tower mounted radios.
- Computer skills.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Leads onsite wireless operations with expert ability to assemble, install, decommission, troubleshoot and test wireless equipment, applying configurations based on site-specific RFDS and Port Matrix to repair issues
- Performs manual, strenuous labor within all weather conditions that includes performing basic installations, moving materials, operating hand tools, cleaning-up or tearing-down job sites, etc.
- Ability to make onsite decisions in real time to ensure project profitability ensuring safety at all times
- Professionally communicates with onsite customer contacts discussing job scope and scheduling updates or conflicts when needed
- Ability to navigate customer systems, run reports, understand close out requirements and assemble appropriate documentation upon request
- Expert ability to read and understand construction prints and drawings; fully executes on the project needs in adherence to the customer specs provided
- Consistently meets production expectations set by members of management
- Possesses general understanding of safety risks and comfortable working in a safety sensitive environment
- Ensures company and customer property cleanliness and quality standards are met within the expectations set by experience foreman and/or members of management
- Provides job-site leadership supporting the Project Manager and/or Supervisor; includes scheduling, crew leadership, material and equipment tracking, timekeeping and customer updates
- Performs other position duties when requested

- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.- 5+ years of Tower Technician experience required - 1+ years experience in leading a crew
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR Certification, and RF Awareness Certification required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $33/hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
