Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge in industrial maintenance, and a solid understanding of various systems including electrical, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical equipment.

- Analyze schematics to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for complex mechanical problems.

- Coordinate projects related to facility management, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement or necessary repairs.

- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards while promoting a culture of safety within the team.

- Provide training and support to staff on maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a management role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

- Familiarity with project management principles related to maintenance operations.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using various tools for diagnostics.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,052.09 - $84,363.80 per year
