Warehouse Inventory Clerk

- Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

- $19.00

- OT and some Saturdays as needed

Join A-Line as an Inventory Clerk and keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll log and organize incoming equipment, update records, and help decide what gets recycled or resold. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety — indoors, outdoors, and always busy.

What You'll Do:

- Create, prepare, and categorize inventory files for all incoming units.

- Physically count and log all units into the Inventory Management System.

- Identify and troubleshoot units and classify them for resale or recycle accordingly.

- Capture and maintain photograph inventory records for resale operations.

- Perform weekly inventory counts and inspections of equipment in storage.

- Update inventory records with any damages as necessary.

- Enter and correct data into manifests and BOLs to match inventory records.

- Finalize paperwork and perform quality checks on all inventory records.

- Pull oil samples and perform quality tests on equipment as needed.

- Communicate with team lead, employees, and customers on available inventory as needed.

- Other tasks as assigned.

What you Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with data entry or inventory preferred

- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills

- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in all weather
