Our team is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to help drive process optimization, improve production efficiency, and uphold our strong commitment to quality and operational excellence.
The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance productivity and product quality. This position requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Maintenance.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout for optimization.
- Collect and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions and process validation.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the quality team in root-cause analysis and corrective action projects.
- Provide technical support to production personnel and management.
- Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (preferred).
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and time studies.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, CAD software, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent blueprint reading and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
