Reporting to the Vice President of CTI, the
Sales Manager – Terminalsdevelops and implements sales and new business development plans for targeted end markets. This includes fostering & expanding existing customer relationships, development of new end markets for organic growth and the identification of potentially transformative opportunities for inorganic growth. The successful candidate will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success. The
Sales Managerwill effectively coordinate with end customers, the customer account team, engineering, credit, finance and operations to ensure Colonial Group maximizes the opportunity to win each new business opportunity, and successfully executes deliveries, invoicing, and collection. The
Sales Managermust be able to manage new and existing business opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification through deal closing. The
Sales Manager(as a key member of a small commercial team) will be responsible for delivering retention & renewal of existing business as well as expansion of new business to deliver the annual operating targets for volume, revenue and profitability. They will be similarly responsible for development of commercial tools and processes to support the team’s long-term success in developing new business including market mapping, customer segmentation and documentation of current terminal capabilities.
