CTS Industries, located in Cedartown Georgia, is a 45 year old family-owned manufacturer of steel cylinders for the printing industry.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with B2B customers from an office desk. This includes phone and email conversations, learning our process and assisting the printer with product knowledge, generating quotes and orders, tracking products through production, following up on orders.

The Inside Sales representative will be continually interacting at business level with production managers, maintenance techs, shift supervisors, senior buyers, general managers, and press operators via phone and email conversations.

Job tasks are:

B2B customer account management supported activities. Includes, but is not limited to

- · Promoting customer relationships and cultivating new prospects

- · Responsible for assigned accounts.

- · Works with team members to learn and assist customer inquiries

- Learning our manufacturing process, how our product works, and assisting with customers to give proper information

- · Responsible for creating, accepting, and confirming orders, including price, item description, quantity, delivery, and special requests.

- · Correspondence with the customer on all requests as needed, or on a regular basis

- · Working under general supervision, with self-starting abilities, good organizational skills, with a can-do attitude

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Excellent phone voice is required

Understands how to use a phone and isn't afraid of it

Very good typing skills

Ability to reason and analyze

Knowledge of Office 365 is a plus

High school diploma

Can calculate simple figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages, area, circumference, and volume with supplied tools.

REASONING ABILITY

Capable of solving simple and practical problems. Deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists (thinking outside the box).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Location: Cedartown, Georgia

Office and industrial facility. Employee will be interacting with others inside an industrial facility and will be around industrial equipment.
