Class B Driver

Dilmar Oil Company (est. 1932) is a family owned, full line petroleum and lubricant distributor headquartered in Florence South Carolina. Dilmar distributes various lubricants, oils, greases, and other petroleum products and accessories as well as fluid reclamation services.

CDL drivers are a very important arm of the Dilmar team. They play major roles in interfacing with our customers, maintaining quality assurance of our lubricant products, and compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

In this position, you will be required to safely and efficiently transport products from the warehouse to customers, as well as representing Dilmar Oil Company positively through interactions and service.

CDL Driver Job Description:

· Class B CDL (Class A ok)

· Ability to drive manual transmission.

· Tanker endorsement required (hazmat would be a plus)

· Full-time work during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

· Driver will deliver lubricants to customers and make multiple daily stops

· Load and unload product.

· Support warehouse needs.

· Good customer service skills.

· Ability to operate a forklift safely (will train)

· Lift 60 pounds, push/pull 3100 pounds, occasionally climb and bend.

· Must be able to drag up to 100ft of hose repeatedly

· Must be able to climb up and down ladders

· Must be able to speak and read English as well as be able to write legibly.

· Must have basic Math knowledge.

Qualifications

· Commercial Driver License

· Tanker Endorsement (Hazmat or “X” Endorsements are a plus)

· Load/unload experience

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Exceptional Customer Service skills

· Strong work ethic
