Umbrella Bar is not your average bar; we’re fusing Korean street food and craft cocktails that brings Seoul to Atlanta. Located inside Ponce City Market, we’re in the middle of a full revamp and we’re building a team who wants to grow with us. Duties

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options — always with a focus on quality, speed, and presentation.

- Engage with guests in a warm, professional way — you're not just serving drinks, you're setting the vibe and creating the experience.

- Take food and drink orders directly, manage multiple tickets during high-volume shifts, and ensure clear communication with the kitchen to avoid errors.

- Own your station — manage bar inventory, restock proactively, and maintain a clean, organized, and health-code-compliant workspace.

- Open and close the bar with precision — from setup and prep to deep clean and lock-up. Treat it like it’s your own space.

- Accurately handle transactions using POS systems

- Push daily specials, upsell with intention, and always look for opportunities to increase guest experiences.

- Take initiative with menu creativity — help develop new drinks, contribute to special promos, and lead the bar program as it grows.

- Work in sync with kitchen staff and leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience — even under pressure

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable transportation — non-negotiable

- Experience with cocktails, especially in fast-paced environments, is a huge plus

- Familiarity with Asian spirits or food is a bonus, but not required

- Strong, personable attitude — you make the team better by being part of it

- Ability to handle conflict professionally — no drama, no ego, no stirring the pot

- Clear communicator and team player

- We value reliability — if you’ve got a habit of ghosting shifts, bouncing around or calling out last minute, this won’t be the right fit

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
