- This position will cover both Winter Haven, FL and Hernando, FL with travel as needed to the Hernando facility.
- Places, tracks, and manages orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Maintains and optimizes warehouse layout and storage systems for operational efficiency.
- Leads inventory planning and forecasting in collaboration with the warehouse supervisor.
- Assists in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
- Reviews and approves purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory adjustments.
- Leads the root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
- Prepares inventory audits and detailed reports for leadership.
- Serves as point of contact for inventory or logistics issues.
- Participates in the implementation and training of new inventory management systems or software upgrades.
- Completes other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory management, or supply chain operations.- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate and train others on warehouse processes, equipment and fleet vehicles.
