- EEEs Tactical Operational Planner (TOP) is a key resource to the success of EEEs operations.
- EEEs TOP is responsible for ensuring that all work orders which are identified within a work order portal are fully vetted and planned.
- This planning effort includes ensuring all scope, equipment, material, POs, rental equipment, is accounted for in each job responsible for the detailed
- This person directly reports to EEEs Operations Manager.
- Daily communications with EEE internal/external stakeholders on the scheduling of each project
- Communicating with Operations Leadership (Field Service Managers, Leads, Superintendents) on each work order.
- Evaluating each project work order for a full and complete project/service scope. This includes identifying and correcting missing project/service scope from each work order by communication through key stakeholders (Sales Engineers, Field Service Managers)
- Evaluation and procurement of and job specific equipment, either independently or through Field Leadership
- Evaluation and identification, including procurement of job specific materials
- Updating and documenting daily team member schedule in EEEs custom portal
- Detailed Tracking of each Purchase order for delivery dates.
- Receiving all job material for EEE, including kitting for each project/service work order.
- Single point of contact for all Shipping and receiving in and out of EEE
- Responsible for the overall inventory located within EEEs two (2) locations
- Minimum 4 years of High School with GED, or equivalent.
- 3-5 Years of experience in the Construction Industry, Preferability in Electrical Construction with Apprentice and or Journeymen Experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have valid drivers license.
