Residential Sales Consultant | High-Ticket Services

Nova NRG is hiring residential sales consultants for in-person appointments in South Florida.

This is not an entry-level role. It’s built for people who already understand how to guide a homeowner through a high-ticket decision and stay on top of follow-ups until the deal is done.

What you’ll be doing

- Running scheduled in-home meetings

- Presenting solar solutions in a clear, structured way

- Managing follow-ups and next steps

- Communicating outcomes back to leadership

What we look for

- Experience in solar or similar home services

- Comfort running a full in-home presentation

- Discipline with scheduling and follow-up

- A steady, results-focused approach

Income

- Typical monthly production ranges from $15,000 to $20,000.

- Strong performers exceed $25,000 consistently.
