Residential Energy Consultant | In-Person Sales

Nova NRG is hiring in-person residential energy consultants for South Florida. This role is designed for experienced salespeople who are comfortable in the home and know how to close high-ticket services.

Appointments are generated internally by our call center and assigned consistently. You are not responsible for cold calling, prospecting, or knocking doors. Your focus is execution — presentation, follow-up, and closing.

What we expect

- Confidence running a structured in-home presentation

- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections calmly

- Consistent follow-up until the homeowner makes a decision

- Discipline in managing appointments and pipeline

What you can expect

- 10–15 in-home appointments per week

Income reality

- Most productive consultants earn between $15,000 and $20,000 per month.

- Top performers regularly surpass $25,000.
