Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will speak English and Spanish, possess a strong understanding of production management principles and have experience in Industrial processed, metallurgy, welding principles, and process improvement methodologies.

Duties

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands or address any delays.

- Schedule shifts, hire and train new employees as needed.

- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding production schedules and changes.

- Control resources and consumables needs and communicate to Procurement to meet production demands

- Schedule maintenance of equipment

- Ensure production meets quality and OEM requirements

Experience

- Proven experience in production scheduling or a related field within an Industrial production environment.

- Familiarity with metal work, welding and metallurgy

- Ability to fabricate and assemble products as needed for scheduling accuracy.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data analysis.

- Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,069.21 - $65,115.61 per year
