We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of residential and/or commercial landscapes by performing routine lawn care and landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a neat and professional appearance

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers

- Perform weed control, fertilization, and basic plant/hedge trimming

- Clear debris, leaves, and other materials from lawns, sidewalks, and driveways

- Identify and report any issues with turf, irrigation systems, or plant health

- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

- Provide excellent customer service while on-site

Requirements:

- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required (will train the right candidate)

- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality

Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Pay:

- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
