TS Distributors, Inc. is a leading national supplier of top-quality ornamental metal products, fencing, as well as gate and access control systems headquartered in Houston, Texas.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for this exciting opportunity at its Arteferro Miami division. If you are hands-on, have experience in access controls, gate operating systems, industrial sales, building components, come join us!

THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR MIAMI, FL LOCATION!

Responsibilities include:

- Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships

- Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs

- Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities

- Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment

- Manage heavy volume inbound calls

- Follow up with customers over the phone

- Provide technical support as needed

- Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner

- Other duties may be assigned

- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Ability to problem solve

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience

- Previous experience in a customer service/call center environment

- Experience in Gate & Access Controls, Fencing, Steel/Metal, or Home Automation with the ability to read and interpret product manuals is a PLUS

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
