Nova NRG is actively adding experienced in-home sales consultants across South Florida. This position is designed for people who already know how to sell face-to-face and understand the importance of follow-up and execution.

Appointments are generated internally and assigned to you. Homeowners are expecting the visit. Your responsibility is to manage the conversation, present clearly, and close when the timing is right.

What your weeks look like

- 10–15 scheduled in-home appointments

- Homeowners pre-qualified by our call center

- Clear expectations around follow-up and pipeline management

- Support from leadership to keep deals moving

Earning reality

- Most consistent performers earn $15,000–$20,000 per month.
