Are you passionate about renewable energy and helping homeowners transition to solar power? US Solar Connect is looking for dynamic, self-motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only role with high earning potential and pre-set appointments.

- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to discuss solar energy solutions.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar power and the specifics of our solar products.
- Customize solar system designs based on customers’ energy needs and preferences.
- Close sales and manage the customer relationship throughout the installation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information in a clear, concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
