We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our team in our Mount Dora, FL office.

Position Overview:

Location: Mount Dora, FL

Status: Full-time

Travel: 5-8%

Compensation: $22–$33 per hour. Final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Environment: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with the expectation of additional hours during peak periods such as budgeting, audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting cycles.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare reports and presentations for management

- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Collaborate with accounting and business teams

- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends

- Assist in conducting financial, insurance, transactional, and data audits, including reviewing documentation, validating data accuracy, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal policies

- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards

- Track and report job-level profitability across multiple active projects and regions

- Expense report processing, routing and management

- Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in AR and AP management

- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly developed attention to detail

- Ability to analyze data

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with large datasets

- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

- Knowledge with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks Online, Sage Intacct)

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
