Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.

- Provide exceptional customer support by actively listening and effectively communicating solutions.

- Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services to potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when necessary.

- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

- A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
