Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to assist with a variety of construction tasks on active job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. This role supports skilled trades and helps keep projects running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation and cleanup

- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

- Operate basic hand and power tools safely

- Dig trenches, backfill, and perform grading as directed

- Assist carpenters, masons, concrete crews, and other trades

- Set up and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and safety equipment

- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

- Maintain a clean and organized job site

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or foreman

Requirements

- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions

- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices

- Reliable transportation to job sites

- Ability to pass background check and/or drug screening (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in concrete, framing, or site work

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (a plus)

- Valid driver’s license
