Job Summary
We are a growing construction-based company seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, maintain QuickBooks, and be in charge of the accounts payable and receivable processes. This role is essential to maintaining financial organization and supporting operational growth.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor incoming and outgoing company funds
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Track subcontractor payments and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with annual reporting and documentation preparation- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks proficiency (Required)
- Experience in construction industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication Skills
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
