Safety is a core value. We're hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to help lead a strong safety culture across all Kinsley locations. Reporting to the Safety Manager, this role supports the development of EHS programs, leads training efforts, and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
•Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
•Lead safety training programs including new hire orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized sessions.
•Maintain accurate records of training, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
•Support coordination with OSHA and other regulatory agencies during inspections or audits.
•Monitor safety equipment and supplies at all branch locations.
•Collaborate with teams to foster a proactive safety culture company-wide.
•Participate in emergency response planning and environmental health initiatives.
•Evaluate and inspect worksites, equipment, and processes for compliance.
•Prepare monthly reports on safety and environmental performance.
•Travel regularly to various sites, including after-hours visits as needed.
Preferred Experience:
•Associate's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•1–3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
•OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
•Solid knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
•Strong communication and leadership skills; able to engage employees at all levels.
•Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Safety certifications (ASP, CHST, etc.) are a plus.
•Ability to obtain DOT medical card within 6 months.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
