Overview

We are seeking a skilled Swiss, dual-spindle, CNC Machine Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Swiss CNC dual spindle operation and programming. Candidate should be able to select the proper tooling and create tool paths to machine products to our desired geometry and finish.

Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for Swiss CNC dual spindle machines.

- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create accurate machining instructions.

- Accurately read and modify speeds & feeds to speed up production.

- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure adherence to specifications.

- Collaborate with manufacturing team to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

- Utilize hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks as needed.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

- 10 Years proven experience on multi-spindle Swiss CNC machines.

- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of basic math concepts related to machining and fabrication.

- Ability to read blueprints accurately and perform quality inspections on finished products.

- Experience with tooling setup and adjustments for various machining processes.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
