WT Tech Job Duties: $17-$19/Hour - Experience is recommended but not required. Must be able to work day or night shift, long hours out doors and in all weather conditions. Follow all compliance with safety procedures, regulations, PPE and company policies. Operate Trucks, Trailers and Equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds above the waist. Assist in Set ups and Tear Downs of Lay-Flat Hose, HDPE Pipe, Pumps, manifolds and other various Water Transfer material. Some or all understanding of how to Operate Pumps, Frac Tanks, Manifolds. Training will be provided to Ensure the efficient and safe operation of water transfer systems. Monitor and inspect equipment regularly for any signs of wear and tear or malfunction. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Complete accurate records of JSA, water transfer operations, including volumes, flow rates, and any issues encountered. Keep clear communication with other crew, Leads, Supervisors & Consultants on location.

WT Crew Lead: $20-$22/Hour - At least 3 years WT experience including ALL WT Tech duties. Strong Leadership, Team Work and Ethics. Oversee the daily operations of specific water transfer team assigned. Ensure compliance of crew safety regulations and company policies. Understanding proper loading, securing and hauling trailers. Operate equipment such as Skid Steer, forklift and Man basket. Set up, Operate and Tear down Water Transfer jobs for Frac Support, AST tanks, and Water well operations . Keep clear communication with crew, other leads Supervisors & Consultants on location.

WT Supervisor:$22 to $26/Hour- At least 5 years’ experience including ALL WT Tech & Lead duties. Leadership, Team Work, Organizational and Time Management Skills. Ensure projects and Crews comply with safety regulations and company policies. Keep clear communication with crews, Leads Supervisors & Consultants on location. Customer Relations and Daily communication. Be capable of performing Job Walks with customers, Job Planning and Being “Hands On” for Water Transfer Operations including Frac Support, AST tanks and Water well operations. Complete water reports daily. Keep accurate daily records of all reporting JSA, water transfer operations, including volumes, flow rates, and any issues encountered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 90 per week
