Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Fabrication Supervisor / Production Manager to lead our shop operations and team. This role combines hands-on welding and fabrication with production management, workflow scheduling, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, a strong communicator, and proficient with computers for scheduling, inventory, and order production management.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily shop operations, production workflow, and employee scheduling

- Oversee all orders and custom projects from design to fabrication to shipping/installation

- Track, order, and manage materials, parts, and inventory

- Perform welding, fabrication, and metalwork alongside the team

- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and shop upkeep

- Coordinate shipping logistics, deadlines, and project delivery

Qualifications and Preferences

- Proven experience in high end craftsmanship, welding, fabrication, and metalworking

- Prior experience as a shop foreman, production manager, or fabrication supervisor

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Computer competency (GSuite, Design Apps, Etc.)

- Ability to balance hands-on welding/fabrication with management duties
