We are seeking a professional to support our marketing activities and events across North America with a primary focus on the US. As part of a highly engaged team, you will partner with our other marketing staff, business services (HR, IT, and Accounting) and technical consulting teams to:
•Manage tradeshow and conference exhibits and sponsorships
•Assist with campaign development and execution
•Help with advertising planning and coordination
•Coordinate and adhere to publication schedules and deadlines
•Produce and/or edit text, graphics, video, and audio for collateral material, website, and internal communications
•Liaise with media partners, vendors, graphics designers, and editors
•Review and edit content to ensure quality and consistency
•Comply with established strategy, standards, and procedures
•Keep marketing assets organized
•Travel as needed for meetings and events
•Other related work as assigned
•A bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
•Two years in marketing or similar roles
•Conference and tradeshow exhibit management – event planning, setup and execution (required)
•Strong communication skills – effective writing and marketing communication skills (portfolio samples to be reviewed)
•Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
•Ability to assess technical subject matter to summarize for promotion across various marketing channels
$50,000-$60,000 per annum
