This position offers a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Mondays and Thursdays. Flexibility to work additional in-office days as needed is required.
Under direction, performs a wide variety of analytical duties in support of assigned functions, operations, programs, department, and/or division. Performs duties in support of various special projects and budget analysis. May performs a variety of contract administration duties. Prepares various reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Coordinates assigned activities with other sections and divisions.
This position may have formal supervisory responsibilities over other employees.

Chief OM Officer: The purpose of the Chief OM Officer Division Analyst position is to perform, audit, and review a variety of contract administration duties that enhance contract control, checks and balances, visibility, and accountability within the division. This role would participate in the testing, implementation, and upgrade to processes, administer division contracts in the areas of service or material ordering, invoicing, and proof of performed service or receipt of material, administer 3-way match for contracts and purchase orders, ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and ensure compliance of division contract terms, conditions, scope, pricing, and performance. Additionally, this role would analyze maximizing buying efficiency while minimizing organizational risks to develop pricing strategies, ensure compliance of division budgets and forecasts per contract and purchase order, analyze business practices and market conditions to evaluate supplier responsibility and supplier performance, and improve internal reporting to support oversight and mitigate risk.
