Job Summary
Level 2 CNC operator individual job functions include running a CNC Mill, checking parts and following instruction. Performing basic setups, adjusting offsets, and troubleshooting minor issues. Assisting with SPC duties as required.
Responsibilities
Candidate must be able to independently run and check parts and work within strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
•All skills from Level 1, plus:
•Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
•Basic knowledge of tooling types and their functions.
•Consistently meets or exceeds all daily production goals.
•Proven ability to run well with low scrap.
•Able to train new operators on basic skills.
•Proficiency with all required measuring equipment.
•Ability to assist with SPC duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Qualifications
•Able to independently run CNC equipment and measure parts.

Department: Production CNC Machining

Pay Range: $21.5-$25.5 Hourly (Depending on Experience)
Experience: 3+ years
Job Summary
Level 3 CNC operator individual job functions include able to run and set up CNC Mills. Basic setups, offset adjustments, troubleshooting issues and fully competent with SPC duties. Filling in for CNC lead when needed.
Responsibilities
Candidate must be able to independently run and check parts and work within strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
•All skills from Level 1 & 2, plus:
•Set up and operate the machine on a trial run to verify parts conform to WI requirements.
•Adjusting and closing trackers within CSI.
•Ability to perform all SPC duties for CNC.
•Ability to perform basic machine setups and adjust offsets
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Knowledge of CNC programming basics (G-code).
•Fully competent on CNC start and shutdown procedures.
•Filling in for CNC lead as required.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Qualifications
•3+ years of experience as a CNC operator.
•1+ year as a Set up operator.
•Able to independently run and set up parts in a CNC Mill.
•Ability to perform all SPC duties for CNC.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment.
