Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track baby coil pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival.

- Act as the main contact for the production team to provide real-time updates on material status.

- Communicate directly with slitting plants and suppliers via email (in English) for coordination and follow-ups.

- Support any of the logistics responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow continuity.

- Assist with receiving and shipping activities when necessary, including paperwork and system updates.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements.

- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to resolve any material delays or issues promptly.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

- English proficiency (written and verbal) required for email communication with suppliers and partners.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication) required.

- Familiarity with ERP software, especially NetSuite, is preferred.

- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or production support is a plus.

- Speaking Chinese or Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
