General Office Help

Provides basic administrative support to a manufacturer, service, sales, and installation company. Assists with reviewing, sending and receiving emails, looking at plans, typing up job quotes for the owner/sales manager, entering purchase orders, matching purchase orders to packing slips and invoices to find discrepancies, and other general office duties like phones, filing, typing, etc.
