Logistics Manager
, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our North America Land operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and drive innovative logistics solutions that fuel business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire•Manage and mentor a team of logistics leads, coordinators, and interns across remote and in-office settings.
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development to build a resilient, high-performing team.
•Ensure 24/7/365 operational coverage through effective scheduling and PTO planning.
Drive Operational Excellence
•Optimize fuel delivery routes and logistics strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective service.
•Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and vendors to streamline the end-to-end fuel transport process.
•Monitor fuel inventory and consumption trends to maintain optimal stock levels.
Innovate & Improve
•Leverage logistics technologies for real-time tracking and performance reporting.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
•Partner with Safety leadership to proactively mitigate operational risks.
Collaborate & Influence
•Work cross-functionally with Supply, Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.
•Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
•Build strong vendor relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in the fuel or transportation industry.
•Experience with OIR or similar dispatching systems.
•Familiarity with PDI or comparable in-truck technology platforms.
