FULL TIME: On Site in San Jose Office Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1hr Lunch)
- Primary person to answer incoming calls and route to the person or department.
- Support project management team with clerical tasks in office, printing, scanning, filing, email, etc.
- Will be communicating directly with clients and homeowners.
- Will schedule and input information onto the master schedule and repair technician’s calendars.
- Will be required to learn several different computer scheduling and dispatching systems.
- Act as a primary contact for receipt and entry of new service work inquiries and dispatches.
- Attention to detail is required to ensure accurate data entry and scheduling.
- Communicate forecast and production schedule changes to management.
- Will be entering new project details into CRM.
- Will be entering basic project information for the utility
- Office administrative duties not limited to the above description.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
