We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring our clients' belongings are handled with care.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients.

- Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring safe handling to prevent damage.

- Operate box trucks and other vehicles for transportation of goods.

- Navigate routes efficiently for timely deliveries.

- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items.

- Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist in packing and unpacking items as required by clients.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during moves.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment is preferred.

- Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving; manual transmission experience is a plus.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

- Experience as a delivery driver or courier is advantageous.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.

- Familiarity with route driving and logistics is beneficial.

- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
