About This Job

Job Title: Document Control Specialist Location: Chino, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to oversee and enhance our digital document management processes within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining procedures related to electronic documentation and supporting engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Develop and implement procedures for transferring digital files into the Document Management System (DMS) Library.

•

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for digital file management, including specifications for purchased parts.

•

Update and revise Engineering Design and Drafting procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

•

Author detailed documentation outlining all document control protocols, including responsibilities of document control personnel.

•

Perform accurate data entry in M2M (Made2Manage) ERP system within the Engineering department.

•

Provide technical support for electronic document control and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

•

Strong proficiency in data entry and document management systems.

•

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.

•

Skilled in using precision measuring tools.

•

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.32 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
