Job Summary

We are seeking a Tig Welder to join our Flextech team in Langley, BC. The position will be responsible for production duties in our custom metal fabrication facility.

Established in 1988, Flextech Industries Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of flexible metal hose, piping and ducting products, designed to handle thermal expansion, vibration and other movement. In addition, Flextech manufactures metal bellows and expansion joint products, and continues to expand markets for dampers and flow control components. Our customers are located all over the world, in varied industries, including: chemical and petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, steel, transportation, and marine.

- Welding (GTAW-GMAW)

- Assembly

- Machine operation

- Grinding

- Painting

- Drilling

Requirements

- TSBC class A pressure welder certification is required.

- Read and interpret drawings

- First Aid Training is an asset

- Forklift License is an asset

- Fluent in English
