Oasis Windows is hiring experienced or non experienced Lead Generator:

- There are several duties a Telemarketer must carry out during their day-to-day work. General duties and responsibilities they need to excel at include:

- Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call

- Persuading potential customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information

- Completing orders by recording purchases, names, and addresses as well as other important information

- Understanding customers’ needs and determining what offerings suit them best

- Handling complaints or questions from customers and clients

- Gathering data on sales leads for further marketing analysis

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Following protocol to keep customers’ personal information secure and adhering to quality assurance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

- Customer Service and calling: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
