Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner

- Operate the cash register and process transactions (fuel, in-store products, lotto, etc.)

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment (sweep, mop, wipe counters, clean washrooms, etc.)

- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with products

- Monitor inventory and inform management of low stock or expired items

- Perform fuel pump checks and ensure safety protocols are followed

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food handling standards

- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (gas station experience an asset)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and POS systems

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

- Able to stand for extended periods

- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
